Error Something went wrong #4

when i try to purchase anything it come with dialogue and say that Error something went wrong on our end.Please try again.

should i need to publish my app???

Try to upload your signed APK at-least one time on the Play Store Beta Channel. Also please verify that the Package name used in your app must be the same as the one used in the Play Store.
