Signposting for coursepack add #299

The signposting for coursepack icons on texts might be clearer--can we add a title, perhaps? Not sure how this will affect the look of the buttons...

Perhaps in the icon, above the image? White text with same blue background? I don't want it to conceal any of the text, though.
