iOS: Rendering doesn't stop when nothing is updated #161

This is not visible to users, only with the iOS developer performance overlay. It seems to have started happening after the update to Qt 6.6.0, but it's possible I introduced it. I'm not actually sure if it's an issue or not because GPU load stays pretty low.
