Websockets: allow using a custom path (instead of just /weechat)

Redundant? Or is this for some people who love to use mod_rewrite? Or am I missing something:

The port (9000 in example) is the port defined in Relay plugin. The URI must always end with "/weechat" (for irc and weechat protocols).
