Config changes cause crashes #2

Turning some (if not any) enchantment to false in the allow enchantments section of the core config file causes crashes on start-up of minecraft, thanks for the consideration.

Can confirm, Disabled HEAT and GREENWOOD caused Axle's server to refuse to post until he removed the mod (He didn't want to re-enable it).
