Homepage #1

We need a homepage for this service.

Currently, we just redirect to https://github.com/LitoMore/simple-icons-cdn when visiting https://cdn.simpleicons.org.

It would be good if we had a picker for icon selection.

Closing since the GitHub repository homepage is enough to use.
