Completed in bc14e0692b7c299c7719685e4520872b94a9db20.

Fixed with using other SVG util libraries. The svg-path-bbox and svgpath also perform better.

The previous process on lerna icon takes about 5000 ms, but the new solution only takes 60 ms.
