Combine similar recent activity entires into one

Let's face it, it's hardly appealing to see someone try and try a level again in the format that is currently given to users

perhaps you should introduce a feature where similar recent activity is merged into one activity, like

Arcadius2006 has played Da Vinci's Test Course: Deluxe 17 Times (in a row).
