Add test date #1

It has been suggested to add the date (and time?) of when the carbon footprint test has been performed. This PR gives it a first try by adding it to the test result under Site Health Status.

It would probably be interesting as well to add the date to the Site Health Info tab as well? Maybe some additional explanation about caching is useful as well. Currently, the result is cached as a transient for 24h.

Note that the date and time are not added for the test of the type energy used (green or not). The idea is that that result will not change as easily as the size of the homepage.
