Add registration of atlases to cortex mid-thickness mesh

Need a method to segment the cortex,

Candidate method: register brainnetome atlas to native imaging space using already computed ANTS transformation nearest neighbors interpolation of labels to mid-thickness surface. clean labels such that only one label exists per region on the surface.

Alternate method: Use spherical registration to get regions registered properly on the cortex
