No Ringing Notification, If there is no Caller-id. #356

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. any incoming call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the desktop notify my phone is ringing. It shows nothing.

I have 2 phones and from what I can tell, if I have no caller-id, it will not 
inform me of incoming calls. All other features work great. I just wish you 
would let me see my phone is ringing even if I am to cheap for caller-id on 
both phones.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
