AndroidNotifier-0.2.8 : Please implement same protocols for normal notifications than for test notifications

Hi,

I noticed the following bug :

1. After starting my computer, Android notifications from phone are never 
displayed on computer (neither through bluetooth nor through Wi-fi).

2. I have to send a test notification from my android phone (test notification 
displayed correctly on computer).

3. Once I've sent a test notification from phone, all further notifications are 
correctly displayed on computer.

In other words : I always have to send manually a test notification to be able 
to receive the further and normal notifications.

Conclusion : it seems that normal notifications are sent in a manner that is 
quite buggy, while test notifications use a different protocol that initiate 
and "opens" correctly the right ports and test notifications always work, the 
further notifications are then received correctly.

I think you should send the normal notifications exactly the same way you send 
the test notifications to correct this bug.

Furthermore, I've noticed that there's no relation between the bug described 
above and the fact that computer was started recently, the same bug also occurs 
after some time of working normally, in other words, when the connection 
between the phone and computer is OK through AndroidNotifier, the messages are 
displayed, but after 1 or 2 hours, notifications do not appear anymore (kind of 
timeout somewhere), but if I send a test notification again from phone, the 
test notification is displayed on computer  as expected, and notifications are 
back for some time, and so on... 

That's why I say TEST NOTIFICATIONS ALWAYS WORK, but EVENT NOTIFICATIONS TIME 
OUT. => this is the bug => PLEASE IMPLEMENT EVENT NOTIFICATIONS EXACTLY THE 
SAME WAY AS FOR TEST NOTIFICATIONS, THEREFORE PHONE <-> PC CONNECTION WILL 
NEVER TIME OUT.
