Definition of the application #117

Expected Behavior

The purpose of this issue is really to get all team members to help define the application as simply and succinctly as possible. Here is the explanation at the moment. https://github.com/LittleKidogo/spender/wiki

  2. Take notes on any issues you spot
  3. Use comments on this issue to discuss your reservations

@zacck this is all good with me, I realised that the UX I want to do will have to be in the next version, so all good for now
