Add functionality to calculate Reports in a MoneyLog

Expected Behavior

The Review phase of the system will be allowing a user to generate a number of reports that they will be using to review whether the amount spent so far is lining up with what they had planned to spend.

The reports expected by the user are:

Reports

• [ ] Total Amount spent
• [ ] Amount spent in current section
• [ ] Amount spent per a Category(LogCategory)
• [ ] Total amount saved
• [ ] Amount saved in current section
• [ ] Amount saved per a Category

Actual Behavior

The reporting features are currently not implemented in the application

Acceptance Criteria

The application should be able to generate these reports
