Added mail icon after character name to duplicate items that are in postmaster #232

Duplicate items that are in the postmaster will now show a mail icon after the character name duplicatesMailIcon

@bill0042 can you use the lib/shared/widgets/character/postmaster_icon.widget.dart instead ? It will look like this:

It's your decision, of course, but I'm afraid people won't know that icon and we aren't providing any way for them to find out. It might help if we put the icon before "LOST ITEMS". One reason I suggested putting a "?" icon in collections to explain the unavailable icon is because I think there should be help available in a number of places (e.g., search should say what can be searched) and I don't mind writing out the help.
