Provide hardware security key support to PODS

As a PODS user, I would like to use a hardware security key to authenticate with my personal PODS So that I can have a more secure way than using a password to interact with my PODS

Technical Details

• I have a SoloKey (https://solokeys.com/), but any FIDO2-compliant key (like a YubiKey https://www.yubico.com/) will work for this story
• Look at using the WebAuthn protocol to enable this via the web browser (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WebAuthn)

Acceptance Criteria

I am able to securely authenticate with my PODS using my hardware security key instead of a username/password combination.
