Hi, CCPE is a useful tool to compute cell cycle pseudotime using single-cell RNA-seq data with ground truth. I also found that the paper described that CCPE could be used to analyze datasets without ground truth. However, I didn't find a relative tutorial or pipeline for using CCPE in datasets without ground truth. Could you please show me how to use it?

CCPE is an unsupervised method for calculating cell cycle pseudo-time, but some prior information is needed when converting pseudo-time into cell cycle stages. If the groundtruth is unknown, you may use some cell cycle markers instead.
