My pc is similar to yours I5-4570 b85m-d3h Rx580. So i've used your EFI. I added rtl8111 kext and it install successful. But i my pc cant not start up macos, display is black. Hi~~ Do you follow the BIOS Settings in README.md? It seems like a BIOS Setting problems or incompatibility problem with the graphic device. I am not sure what went wrong because I dont have dGPU nor b85m-d3h, but someone with RX570 and b85-P-G can use this EFI well. Here is another EFI for b85m-d3h https://github.com/bacnh85/hackintosh-GA-B85M-D3H-RX580 Maybe this one could be better for your motherboard. (Sorry for my bad English. Have a nice one~)
