tag without specifying level and subject throws error #10

As specified in the user guide

Level and subject are in square brackets so they are optional.

however when the user executes tag n/X an error message is thrown

Team's Response

Forgot to put "At least one of the optional fields must be provided" in the UG for tag command so documentation bug. Good job!
