Cannot download data dependencies in bulk #5

Globus does not support download of entire directories. This means that downloading the data dependencies would require users to manually recreate the directory hierarchy, then download each file individually into the correct location.

It would help a lot to have a zip file of the data directory available on globus instead.

1023.zip is included in the globus download folder now to facilitate download as single file.
