Bug when running fastqcr #17

When I want to run fastqcr on one file, it runs all the .fastq files in that folder.

I am aware of the problem, and the only option is removing fastqcr and writing some functions for fastqc. If you only want to create some TraceQC objects, you can put the path of fastqc file instead of running all of them.
