Upgraded to support Ejabberd 18.04 #11

The Ejabberd modules for LHC have been modified to support 18.04. Since a number of API's that were available in 15.06 have been deprecated in 18.04 the LHC module update does not support Ejabberd 15.06.

Currently, it is ejabberd 23.01...
