I was planning on having the preference externally from the WebView, so no.

just added Explainer welcome screen to the todo since we def need that lol

Do you want to come up with the content for that? Or should it just be the same as the old app/extension?

there's welcome.html already, just display that. source is welcome.svelte, maybe add some conditionals for android to show different screenshots and such
