How to install with no refs to lively-next.org #9

Hello,

How can I install a verison of Lively.next that has no references or connection to the lively-next.org server? I mean no chat or connection to the common object library.

Related question: would there be default basic objects in the local library?

If you are interested then I can prepare a bundle that includes the necessary objects instead of downloading them. Will probably take a few days. I'll make the chat opt-in for local installations.

Sounds good, no rush. I think this would be a feature that other people would want to use as well.
