Firefox: text cursor height 0? #140

When switching windows in Firefox, associated text suddenly won't show the text cursor anymore. The issue seems to be that the cursor height is computed to be 0. Probably has sth to do with measuring the default char bounds for a line...

Not a FF specific issue, introduced by one of my last changes, fixed in 39aed42962ae11954906eae77e971efc831f3e62
