I notice how, eg in the workspace window, there is a tendency to put various affordances in the title bar for convenience. The convenience is good, but when the need can be handled by a menu (especially when the window was built by open-in-a-window of content that has a menu) I would prefer that we establish a convention that, when needed, windows have a menu button for access to their content. We had this convention in old Lively, and I think it is a good one. It keeps things simple, and it builds in the user a habit for where to look for things (and in the developer a habit of where to put things).
My guess is it is much faster for a developer to install or add to. I speak from experience in the old Lively.
Not a bug fix but a feature request
