simplify styling please #157

Let's don't make things more complicated than they need be, please!

150/400 locs in the button code only dealt with style sheets... including usage of proxy objects... Let's keep our core code simple and understandable.

This turns the button back to a simple object, let's do that for other core objects as well.

for places were stylesheet related code makes sense such as prompts, can we have a simple outside-in way of overwriting the properties of morphs after they are created, using stylesheets in the form of a simple key-value application?
