I am downloading the OS X app from the development link so maybe this doesn't matter. I figured I say something is someone thought it was important. Screen Shot 2013-03-06 at 8 50 56 PM

Ah, sorry, I fear we require Mac OS 10.7 or newer and an Intel Mac. Just use the standard Unix install: https://github.com/LivelyKernel/LivelyKernel/wiki/Install-Guide#wiki-Linux%20/%20Unix It's less fancy but works well.

Yeah. I've got an intel-based machine. Under what circumstances would you recommend the Unix install over the one on the Lively Kernel site (http://lively-kernel.org/other/lively-core-install/livelykernel-scripts-latest.app.pkg)?

OK, I have to check the issue. The app really is just a UI wrapper for the livelykernel-scripts toolsuite that is installed by the standard Linux/Unix install as well. We will push this part into Lively in the future anyway. Directly using livelykernel-scripts means to open a terminal window and type lk server to start a server instead of pushing a button.

So it's just a little different wrapping. Thanks.
