With the proposed changes to streamflow, the current Transcoder role of campaigning and performing work will be split into two. Orchestrators will be Let anyone around the world opt in to be in a transcoder pool.
Orchestrators no longer will run their transcoder. Or accepts work from around the world . if its wrong, O D will be the one to be slashed and lose their stake. Could figure out how to get people to do it, check the work themselves. It would make proces more expensive. It would make it hard to compete w an O runnign own T. Design protocol where you let any T opt in, but they have to stake token to put something at risk if they cheat you. Whether you are checking work, sending to redundant t, or coming up w right protocol w staking to achieve this, it would be amazing if you could enable a public pool.
