This pull request adds docker support to the LivePool pool.

I made the image available on dockerhub until @Livepool-io releases it. Feel free to give it a spin by executing the run --runtime nvidia rickstaa/livepool-pool-miner:latest -ethAddr <ETH_ADDRESS> command.
