Install some lighting in the cycle underpass under Walton Vale/Longmoor Lane #8

The Liverpool Loop Line (National Cycle Network 62) goes through a long underpass when it crosses the junction of Walton Vale/Longmoor Lane/Warbreck Moor (see http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/53.46357/-2.95834).

The underpass doesn't have any lighting, but even during the day it's pretty dark and hard to see. Some lighting under there would mean you could actually see what you're cycling through, and (I imagine) encourage more pedestrians to actually use the underpass.

I was at one of the meetings for the current consultation on improving cycle lanes, and talking to one of the representatives from Mott MacDonald (who have been scoping out the scheme for the Council) they said there are plans to install lighting in this tunnel as part of improvements happening on the Loop Line.

So not fixed yet, but hopefully we'll be able to close it soon...
