The link in `FULLTEXT_SAS_TOKEN="?sv.."` in docs (`README.md` and `fulltext.md`) might be problematic when making this repository public. #130

@thobson88 if you think this is fine to make public great but figure it's safest not to.

Following @AoifeHughes's success and suggestion of git instructions this was applied successfully.

$ brew install git-filter-repo
$ git filter-repo --replace-text ../lwmdb-sandbox/replace.txt
$ git push origin --force --all
