Explain how to run the Notebook file #5

It's not obvious how you go from looking at a link with a notebook in it to a version that you can run yourself. Can the text explain or provide a link?

I was thinking that we might actually want to extract all the "information" and "meta-level instructions" from the notebook into a separate markdown... that way, we don't clutter the notebook with non-code stuff, which might confuse someone who is new to notebooks.

That is to say, yes - I think we definitely need to do a lot more pedagogical footwork in the notebook!
