Any datasets that you want for the workshop?? #2

@ErlendNilsen @joechip90 I have started to add data to this package so that we can use it in the workshop and perhaps in LivingNorwayR vignettes etc. I have uploaded the Bee data, TOV_E, and partially Rock ptarmigan (only occurence data at the moment) and SEAPOP (only occurence data at the moment). Are there some other datasets we need (you would like) for the Workshop? I will add some fishy datasets and plant ones too if NINA have published some (I expect so as there are over 50 datasets on GBIF from NINA).

You should add one of the line transect distance sampling data sets as well (e.g. this one: https://www.gbif.org/dataset/c47f13c1-7427-45a0-9f12-237aad351040). For the records, the rock ptarmigan and SEAPOP data are published as occurence data sets at the moment.

Thanks @ErlendNilsen. That is added now (https://github.com/LivingNorway/LivingNorwayData/commit/be15371025a84a58138eee00f28c41f06731f6fc). I just need to document it all. For Rock and SEAPOP I need to add the EML file as I was struggling to get it uploaded as a dataset (I solved this with the Bee data earlier but have not applied the fix yet). I then need to document those too.
