From users perspective identify the workflow steps starting from the initialisation of the project to having a data package ready to submit to GBIF. Include both legacy data and raw data and identify desired functions at each stage.

Very rough but does what's intended: describe workflow for in development. Probably want make something more fancy for final product. Scrapes from this sheet. In vignettes/workflow on my dev branch. Should switch to a charles branch or something. Ugh am crap at this githubbing thing. Anyways, description of workflow for in development mocked up so that it will automatically update from that googlesheet.
