Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Draft a project timeline with major tasks and milestones.
[x] Define the communication plan detailing channels, frequency, and stakeholders.
[x] Develop a Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) indicating task ownership.
[x] Review and adjust based on team feedback.

RAM, Communication Plan are created and reviewed by the entire team before posted on wiki! Our team has decided on using milestone feature of github instead of a timeline.
