Disable console logger #6

@Livox-SDK I have encountered an assertion failure as below. /build/spdlog-vGyGr2/spdlog-1.5.0/include/spdlog/fmt/bundled/core.h:266: assertion failed: negative value I have no idea to resolve this, so I have disabled console logger. Do you have any idea about this?
