[MID360] Publish core temperature of MID360 Lidar through a topic #80

Hi!

Reading through the livox docs seems that the MID360 lidar measures its "core_temp". Would it be possible for the driver to ouput that information through a diagnostics topic or any other topic? or expose a service to query the temperature?
