Change the frame time #90

Hello, I am using the Livox Mid360 with Ubuntu 18 ROS Melodic and I would like to know if it is possible to change the frame time? I have not found this on the configurations. I can change this value in the LIVOX VIEWER 2, which allows the readings to correspond from 100 ms to 3000 ms. When I launch the ROS driver and look at rviz, it looks like it is using the 3000 ms frame time as it takes 3 seconds to clear an object from the pointcloud.

You can change that for the visualization in RViz under the entry Decay Time: decay_time
