How to enter an otpauth:// URL? #22

I may be a bit dense, but I can't figure out how to enter the data from an otpauth:// URL for my Versa 2. The other settings such as color, counter etc. sync more or less immediately, but the auth entries just vanish.

The URLs I have look like this: otpauth://totp/PrusaAccount%3Afloe%40butterbrot.org?secret=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&issuer=PrusaAccount

So I entered "Prusa:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" as a new token, but it simply disappears and nothing shows up on the watch.

What am I missing?

Yeah, well, as usual I solved it myself within 5 minutes of opening the issue 🙄😁 It seems to work as long as I have the watch app and the settings open at the same time.
