The bug is fixed in the v2024.1015.41553 pre-release AppImage. (this pre-release have no deb for 22.04)
Also, it doesn't crash in v2024.922.10353 ubuntu22.04 package, which I use before updating.
In v2024.922.10353 it shows a warning in web UI Fatal: Unable to find display or encoder during startup. Fatal: Please check that a display is connected and powered on., but streaming worked well.
