Describe the Bug

the command log looks good. But, I cannot connect to Windows 10 host computer with Android,iOS and another windows 10 PC with Moonlight app.

Expected Behavior

it should connect

BTW, I already disabled windows firewall and allow exceptions. But, it does not worked.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you are trying to "resume" an existing session?

resume and start session. throw same error message (Failed to start RTSP handshake).

It sometimes happens to me too. In my case it was related to the handling of commands.

Basically:

from moonlight, open an App that launches a detatched command
the first time, everything works and the command opens an app (Playnite in my case. this is important because playnite only allows 1 instance)
disconnect and launch that App again. in this case the command gets executed but closes instantly, because an instance is already running
the command fails, and Failed to start RTSP handshake gets returned

I guess the error is just a false positive because the command closes before stream initialization. The best thing should be detect this issue and just return a more precise error.

Solved by not having playnite start with windows, and by using command instead of detatched command. That way, sunshine is in command of playnite lifetime.
