From Rachel : "it can't load Muma package, it seems to have been archived in May. I've selected older versions of R in RStudio but the rest of the packages need the most updated version of R."

Have temporarily removed muma package from the auto-install list so that code will run and install everything else.

[ ] make note to install muma where relevant in other sections of website/ code (all stage 06 in R)

From manuscript comments: issue with downloading pcaMethods when using the source code (R says it does not exist). Possible issue with R versions.

[x] remove auto-install packages from source code
[x] add instructions to install packages on all relevant web pages with code
