[playground] add a tool to redeem the locked coin into user's moneybutton #12

  1. intput the tx1's txid (or whatsonchain URL)
  2. get the raw tx
  3. input the unlock script (in asm string)
  4. swipe moneybutton to get the address
  5. make tx, send via merchant api
