A flatter file structure

This is an attempt to move most content out of the headless CMS for a faster and simpler editing process, including:

• Convert all posts to ‘.md’ files.
• Convert all pages to plain ‘.html’ or ‘.md’ files.
• Convert most other lists to ‘.json’ files or to whatever is suitable.
• Consume my new custom built API for bookmarks.
