improving docs #4

For running the server locally, the documentation should have conveyed that Qdrant DB and paris.txt will be required to make the first-time process smoother. Thus, adding it to the docs!

as @suryyyansh is already working on #5, it would be better if I collaborate with him not to have unnecessary redundant PRs! Thus closing!
