Update default block explorer for canto #166

Canto doc recommends using https://tuber.build/ or https://cantoscan.xyz/ , see https://docs.canto.io/user-guides/connecting-to-canto. The evm.explorer.canto.io one is slow at indexing data.

yup, explorers on canto all suck so far. tuber.build just sucks less. feel free to close it if you feel not necessary to change.
