I think the side panel looked alright but I got the header bars at least looking a little nicer.
Also made a few changes:
- handling the room wiping
- using onAnimationChanged instead of looping all NPCs to check their anims
- moved i/o onto its own thread to not potentially lag the client if there are lots of raid files
- limited all the event handling to only fire within toa
- added a config option to hide the panel altogether, or when away from toa

The side panel could use some improvement in the way it's rendered. I'm sort of new to the runelite api so it might be terrible code. Feel free to improve on the side panel 😄
