This adds an overlay to Akkha's Shadows showing their remaining HP.
The built-in OpponentInfo plugin can only show a percentage because NPCManager does not know most raid npc's max hp (due to dynamic raid and path level scaling, presumably).
The overlay intends to help player's gauge if an attack will deal a killing blow to a Shadow (namely in conjunction with the customizable-xp-drops plugin, which shows how much damage you deal alongside xp drops).
