Below are a few "baseline" options within the editor which are likely expected by end users.

Cropping
Rotation
Image flip
Redaction with black/grey boxes (customizable colour?)

Note that redaction with image blurring isn't desired due to the issues around the recovery of the original image which come with using a blur to redact content.
